Sleep can feel like one of the most overwhelming parts of supporting an Autistic child. Not because parents aren’t trying hard enough, but because so much of the advice out there simply doesn’t fit Autistic nervous systems.
This summer, I’m opening the doors to a space that does things differently.
A space that understands sleep through a neuroaffirmative, nervous system-informed lens.
A space that moves away from pressure and towards connection, understanding and sustainable change.
A space where parents feel supported, not judged.
- Visual supports to accompany your sleep journey
-
Permanent access to a private Facebook group to allow parents to share ideas and get advice
-
A safe supportive space to discuss sleep difficulties
-
Supportive guidance from a long standing autistic consultant

Why This Matters
This is not about quick fixes or rigid routines.
It’s about understanding your child’s sleep through their experience
It’s about reducing stress, not adding to it
It’s about building restful sleep in a way that feels safe and achievable
And importantly, it offers access to specialist, individualised-style support within a group setting, making it a more accessible alternative to one-to-one work.
A Space That Gets It
You will be supported by an experienced Autistic consultant who understands both the science and the lived reality of neurodivergent families.
This is a space where:
- your experience is valid
- your child is understood
- and meaningful change is possible
Places are intentionally limited to keep the space supportive and connected.
If you’re ready to move towards calmer evenings, more settled nights, and a deeper understanding of your child’s sleep, this is your starting point.
